NOTE: As of 31st January 2020, all customers, existing and new, must sign the new Microsoft Customer Agreement. The Microsoft Cloud Agreement is retired and the acceptance of Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCuA) by end customers are now mandatory for them to create new tenants, increase/decrease seats or suspend subscriptions through their CSP resellers. It just an agreement between you and Microsoft for using their services plus the services and support that you are entitled to.

Microsoft is improving and updating the purchase experience to better support all customers, whether they’re beginning a digital transformation or securing their place in a competitive market. This agreement enables you as our customer to start using products and services faster by adopting the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCuA), a simplified, non-expiring contract, which effectively replaces the current Microsoft Cloud Agreement. Also, it doesn’t matter if your organization is big or small, you can still purchase through the Microsoft Customer Agreement. If an individual makes a purchase within your organization, you’re accepting the same agreement.

All Microsoft products and services available for purchase under the Microsoft Cloud Agreement in the CSP program are covered by the Microsoft Customer Agreement.

The Microsoft Customer Agreement delivers:

  • An automated processing and a digital acceptance option.
  • The ability to accept your terms once.
  • Updates to the agreement as you add products to your portfolio.
